We present ten or eleven performances a year at the Cramphorn Theatre (next to the Civic) in Fairfield Road, Chelmsford [more]. It has professional sound and lighting and a friendly atmosphere with tables close to the stage - and our own piano.

Most concerts are on Sundays at lunchtime, although in the summer some may be in the evening.

Most members like mainstream and traditional jazz and the club is proud of the quality of the British, American, and European musicians who have come to us in Chelmsford.

For a subscription of 10.00 (15.00 joint) a year, members get a 4.00 reduction on tickets and early notice of concerts.

There’s a friendly atmosphere at the club, so please come along and see - and listen! - for yourself.

We also hope you’ll enjoy exploring this website. There’s a lot to find...
